Journaling for me has been life changing. I have started journaling two years back and it has helped me a lot in my journey. Journaling does show us the blueprint of our mind and our thought process. When you start Journaling, you will recognize immediately how uncertain our mind is. Everyday start writing and you will have a good analysis of your thoughts.
