Journaling for me has been life changing. I have started journaling two years back and it has helped me a lot in my journey. Journaling does show us the blueprint of our mind and our thought process. When you start Journaling, you will recognize immediately how uncertain our mind is. Everyday start writing and you will have a good analysis of your thoughts. Certainly, you will know how our mind switches from different topics with or without any links to it. Journaling does create a structure to follow and plan to go through it. I use 2 diaries for journaling. One for my daily activities and another for self-growth. We are going to discuss here Self-growth journaling. I have put a few divisions in this dairy. 1.
